By ordering products from AESTHETIC THREADS, you agree to accept our terms and conditions listed below.

We try our best to represent the product's true color but due to various factors such as monitor settings, lighting, etc., there may be a slight variance in color. Products from different lots/dye lots may vary.

We reserve the right to change the specifications and availability of our products at any time. 

AESTHETIC THREADS has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In such circumstances, your continual use of our services will demonstrate your acceptance of any changes made.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. 

All prices shown are inclusive of all taxes. 

Shipping

We will ship your order only to the address mentioned by you in the order form.

We ship your order(s) via India Speed post. Upon receiving payment, goods will usually be shipped within 1-3 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

Free shipping is only for orders above Rs.1999/-

We are very sorry to say that, currently we do not ship international orders.

Note: Multiple orders placed amounting to less than Rs.1999 will not be combined and will not be eligible for free shipping.

Cancellation & Return

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

If you have put incorrect address/pincode then you'll have to pay the shipping charges to resend the parcel.

To be eligible for a return, 

• Products must have arrived defective/damaged. 
• A clear unboxing video is a must.
• Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging .

Please contact us at shop.aestheticthreads@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items returned will not be accepted if sent to us without written approval from AESTHETIC THREADS.

No refund for both physical and electronically delivered products

No refund for unclaimed packages during delivery.
